This beautiful Cessna 421C came to Murfressboro Aviation (an Authorized Cessna Service Center in Tennessee) for a fresh annual inspection and some work on the nose area. The owners had decided to move up to a turbo-prop and were impressed with our 70+ years of aircraft sales experience and results. We contracted with them and recently put the aircraft on market.

The paint and interior are very nice (Rate 8-9 out of 10). The glass is very good all around including the windshields. The boots look great! Of course, the plane is approved for FIKI (Flight Into Known Icing). There are no SID’s due on the plane.

On a beautiful day in November 2017, after getting its affairs in order, a depressed buzzard decided to end it all and fly into the nose of N41LJ. While his plan was 100% effective, none of the buzzards life insurance came to the aircraft owner. Fortunately, the owner’s insurance company stepped up with the funds to make the repair. Murfreesboro Aviation worked with both the FAA and a DER to ensure that all repairs were made to factory specs and properly documented. No other part of the aircraft was affected or impacted…just the nose baggage area. Poor buzzard!
